Tiered Membership Structure

If a company/individual would like to pay an increased membership fee in order to receive upgraded benefits, they may do so. The levels indicated here are the minimum dues for the types of businesses listed.

Effective July 1, 2010:

President's Club: $2,000 per year
Members in this category represent the following types of businesses:

Utilities
Developers
Major Employers (100+ employees)
Hospitals

Benefits:

Eligible to stand for election to Board of Directors
Website visibility:
- Corporate logo and link on home page
- Link on property listings page
Co-sponsorship of one major event (e.g. table of 8 at Governor's lunch)
President's monthly report
Receive Lead Campaign/RFP's
Invitation to monthly Board meetings
Receive Monthly Board packet

Platinum Partner: $1,000 per year
Members in this category represent the following segments:

Commercial Materials Suppliers
Commercial Real Estate
Staffing Services
Media
Banks

Benefits:

Eligible to stand for election to Board of Directors
Website visibility:
- Link on property listings page
Partial Co-sponsorship of one major event (e.g. 4 seats at Governor's lunch)
President's monthly report
Receive Lead Campaign/RFP's
Invitation to monthly Board meetings
Receive monthly Board packet

Gold Partner: $500 per year
Members in this category represent the following segments:

Other Economic Development organizations
School districts; Community colleges
Non-Profit businesses (501 c3 and 501 c6)
Insurance companies; CPA's; Attorneys; Architects; Engineers

Investor: $250 per year
This category is limited to Individuals
